Expiry
A shared workspace that nobody opens or edits for 180 days is deleted permanently, along with its items, projects and people. Any visit or edit resets the clock, so a board in weekly use will never expire. There is no undelete — with no accounts, there is nobody we could safely restore it for.
A solo workspace has no expiry from us, because we never have it. It lasts as long as your browser keeps its storage.
Rate limits
- 10 new shared workspaces per hour from one network.
- 120 changes per minute from one network.
- Hitting either shows a message with how long to wait. Your work stays in the browser meanwhile — nothing is lost.
Not in this version
- Accounts, passwords, roles and permissions. Anyone with a workspace link can edit it.
- Comments, attachments, recurring items, dependencies, Gantt charts, integrations.
- Instant realtime. Changes from other people appear within about ten seconds, and immediately when you switch back to the tab.
- Conflict resolution. If two people edit the same field at the same moment, the last change wins.
What happens when limits change
Paid plans will raise these caps later. Existing free workspaces will not be deleted, locked or downgraded to force an upgrade — that promise is worth more to us than the conversions.
